Life is meant to be lived and yet far too many are not able to be in the moment and enjoy the gifts from the creator, the children, grandchildren, life partners/spouses, family, friends and all that the earth supplies.  I now walk and live in the space of knowing what is real for me, a faith that sustains me and a hope for a better future.  Moving beyond hope is the work I do to address issues of trauma (historical, multi-generational and inter-generational), to assist people in having conversations that are meaningful and laugh out loud!
